We've now made it even easier to pledge - pick whichever method is most convenient for you.

1. Fill out the form below and press the Submit button. Your pledge will be recorded automatically. If your browser does not support forms, keep reading....

2. FAX your pledge to us at 206-987-4877. (Children's Hospital Guild Office)  Include your name, phone number, address, and amount of your pledge, and the information requested below, and we will handle the paperwork for you.

3. Or, email your pledge to pledges at Children's by clicking here. Be sure to include the information requested below.

4. Snail mail at Children's Hospital Guild Association, P.O. Box 50020/S-200 Seattle, WA 98145-5020

Donate $1/lap or more and receive a Team Seattle clothing item.  But remember, no donation is too small. All donations are tax deductible and eligible for corporate matching gift programs.

Some examples...

Too much new math? A 25-cent pledge would total $156.25 if the team went 625 laps, the approximate race distance; a 5 cent pledge would total $31.25. Your donation will be based on the maximum number of laps completed by any of the two team cars, with maximum of 700 laps.
