Returning Rental Cars Fuel tank full upon return is our best option
to avoid having to pay agency's high per gallon fuel charge. Most
drivers private insurance carriers cover rental cars as insurance at the
rental desk is a bad buy.

Track Orientation Daytona Speedway is a overwhelming track and for our
first time guests we strongly encourage you to participate in the track
tour. We will leave the hotel lobby at 9:30 AM and take our group to Daytona
Speedway. A special tram ride has been arranged for our group.. Tour
is scheduled for 10:00 AM. and lasts about an hour. Due to the
fact cars are on track, the tour can not go onto the actual race course.
Then you can spend your day touring the speedway garage area, pit lane,
grandstands, or our motorhome chalet. Race teams will be testing- The
Team Seattle cars may spend the day in the garage being prepped for Saturday.
Our drivers will be in strategy meetings and practicing pit-stop driver
changes.
Dinner
on the beach Friday evening at the famous Racing's North Turn where Team
Seattle will have a private tent set up on the patio overlooking the beautiful
Atlantic Ocean. Casual attire, great food and watch your talented teammates
participate in some fun karioke.

Meals

band will be given to you and provide you with direct access to the hospitality
chalet located in the blue RV area. This area will have covered seating,
big screen tv's, snacks and around the clock meals starting race weekend.
Race Day Saturday, January 26th, 2008
The driving team will be at the Speedway early. There will be a warm-up
at 9:00 AM for our cars. The cars will go to grid at noon. A group photo
around the cars will be taken about 11:15 AM. (allow
2 hours to get into the racetrack) directly across from the
Unical Fuel Island in front of the Daytona Speedway sign. The credentials
you will be wearing will access the garage and pre-grid for the pre-race
festivities. Safety and insurance dictate crew members only in hot pits.
The hot pits are actually a very poor viewing location for the race. Various
in-field grand stand locations are available plus we hope to have closed
circuit television coverage in the motorhome chalet.

NOT leave the keys in the cart unless you are parking at the motorhomes.
